Where we get personal information from

  • Directly from you when you create an account, enrol on a course, book a mentoring session, or submit a form.
  • Automatically from your browser via analytics, only with your consent.
  • Publicly available sources - for example, ArtStation portfolios shown on mentor profile pages.

How long we keep information

Account data 24 months after your last activity, or until you request deletion.
Email list Until you unsubscribe, or five years without contact - whichever comes first.
Deletion requests Contact enquiries@snappygurus.com and we will handle it within one month.

Data processors

We use the following third-party services to operate the site. Each has its own privacy policy and data handling practices.

Supabase

Authentication and database storage for all account and course data.

Stripe

Payment processing for mentoring sessions and course purchases.

Netlify

Website hosting and form submission handling.

Discord Inc

Community platform. Discord has its own separate data collection, not affiliated with Snappy Gurus.

Google Analytics

Site usage analytics - only active if you accept cookies.

Cloudflare

Bot protection on login and sign-up forms.

TixTree

Careers Week ticket registration and event management.

We may also share information where required by law, or for safeguarding purposes.
