A Lead Narrative Designer with over a decade of industry experience. Having started out in QA before moving into Level Design and ultimately arriving in Narrative Design, I have worked across the full development pipeline across multiple titles and studios. I’m a big believer in being the change you want to see in the industry, and it’s that attitude that I take into both my professional work and mentoring. I hope to pass on the knowledge I've acquired throughout my career to help those either just making a start, or those looking to move into another more narrative focused role.

For people serious about a career in games

Mentoring here is for anyone at any stage. Whether you're taking your first steps into the industry, already in and looking to level up, changing direction, or prepping for your next big interview.

Book sessions for mock interviews, portfolio and CV reviews, careers guidance, or feedback on your work. Mentors come from across the games industry and beyond, so whatever you're navigating, there's someone here who's done it.

Applying to your first role

About to graduate, or in the process of applying to your first role? Chat with a mentor to get feedback on your portfolio and applications, get careers advice, and navigate the entry level landscape.

Preparing for an interview

Have an interview lined up and want to be better prepared? Request a mock interview from our mentors to run through test questions, give you feedback, support and advice beforehand.

Changing career

Transitioning into or out of games? Chat with a careers coach or a mentor in your chosen industry to get relevant advice and guidance on changing your career.

Moving to the next level

Already in the industry, but aiming for a promotion? Find a mentor who can help push and guide you through how to progress to the next level.

How it works

Here's how it works

01

Browse mentors

Search through our mentors by specialism. Read about their background, experience, and what they can help you with.

02

Choose who fits

Pick the mentor that feels right for you. You're in control - no one is assigned to you.

03

Book a session

Choose a time that works and book directly. Your mentor will confirm and you're good to go.

04

Keep going

Regular sessions, feedback on your work, honest advice. As long or as short as you need.

What to expect

Making the Most Out of Your Mentor

Calls happen through your mentor's booking system, which will send you a link to join a virtual call. This could be Zoom, Google Meet, or similar.

What you get out of mentoring depends on what you put in. Come prepared. Have questions ready. Share your actual work. The more honest you are, the more useful the feedback will be.
